I can have breakfast sandwiches, cheese toast, peanut butter toast, or sandwiches any time I desire and not worry about too many carbs! The bread is the best I have found, and believe me I have tried lots over the past years. Now, the waffle breakfast bars have really surprised me, great taste. Looking forward to trying more new products! Oh, by the way, I'm down 50 lbs while enjoying theses new products.
